Terms of service.
1. What we sell
We create accounts on third-party websites and place your URL in the profile fields those sites provide. We do not own those websites and cannot control their moderation decisions. Package details are on the dofollow, edu, social and forum pages.
2. Delivery
Stated turnaround times are working days and start when we have your target URLs and anchors. Drip-fed orders complete at the end of the schedule you chose. Delays caused by a third-party site's approval queue are not counted as late delivery.
3. Replacements
If a delivered link stops being live within 90 days of delivery, tell us and we replace it on a site of similar type and authority at no cost. Removal caused by you editing or deleting the account is not covered.
4. Refunds
Links not yet delivered are refunded at the per-link rate of the order. Delivered links are not refundable because the work is complete and the accounts have been transferred. Billing details sit on the pricing page.
5. Credentials
Usernames, passwords and any recovery addresses we created are sent to you on delivery. We keep a copy for 90 days to handle replacements, then delete it. You are responsible for the accounts after that.
6. Acceptable use
We refuse orders for adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, malware and hate content, and any target URL that breaks the law where we operate. We may cancel and refund an order if we discover this after payment.
7. No ranking guarantee
We do not promise rankings, traffic or indexing. Search engines decide what they index and how they weigh a link.
8. Software and API
Access to the software and the API is licensed monthly and non-transferable. Exporting or reselling the raw site database ends the licence without refund.
9. Data
We store your account details, orders and target URLs. We do not sell them. Requests for access or deletion under GDPR go through contact and are handled within 30 days.
10. Changes
We update these terms occasionally. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order, and material changes are emailed to active customers.
