Package / Business

Business profile backlinks on directories people actually use.

Yelp, Crunchbase, chamber of commerce pages, industry associations, local listing sites. We register the company, fill in the same name, address and phone every time, and place the link in the website field. It is the slowest package we run, and the one that looks most normal to a search engine.

Why directory listings behave differently

A directory page is written for humans looking for a supplier, so it carries details a forum signature never will: opening hours, a category, a phone number, sometimes reviews. Search engines read those details together, which is why consistency matters more here than anchor text.

We keep one record of your company data and reuse it on every site, down to the abbreviation in the street name. If you already run a Google Business Profile, send us that exact wording and we copy it.

Most clients pair this with an edu batch for authority and keep the directory work running slowly in the background.

Process (04)

How an order runs

  1. Step 01

    Set quantity and filters

Amount, niche, language and type. The rate follows the quantity, so nothing is hidden behind a quote.

  2. Step 02

    We reserve the sites

Sites are picked from our own vetted list and marked as used for your domain so they never repeat.

  3. Step 03

    Profiles get built

A person registers, confirms the email, writes the bio and places the link where the site allows it.

  4. Step 04

    You get URLs and logins

Everything lands in the dashboard with index status attached, ready to export.

Details (05)

How this package works

01

NAP stays identical

Name, address and phone are copy-pasted from one record, never retyped per site.

02

Right category

A plumber goes in the trades section, not in a generic services bucket that nobody reads.

03

Country filters

Pick the markets you sell in and we only use directories that serve them.

04

Claim, not spam

Where a listing already exists we claim and complete it instead of creating a duplicate, following local business guidelines.

05

Verification handled

Email confirmations, and postcard or phone checks where a site demands them.

06

Reporting

Live URL, category and index status per listing, exportable like every other order.

Deeper (06)

What directories can and cannot do

Directory links rarely move a ranking on their own. What they do is make a company look real: the same details in fifty places, a category that matches the site, a phone number somebody answers. That is the base most local campaigns are missing before anything else works.

Because a person has to type real information into every form, this package runs slower than the others. A hundred listings usually spread over three to four weeks. Rushing it produces the sloppy duplicates that get removed a month later.

Some directories nofollow their website field. We mark that per site so you can filter for follow only, though for local work the citation is often worth more than the attribute. If you only want follow links, the dofollow package is the cleaner fit.

Multi-location businesses get one record per branch, with the correct address on each. Franchises and sub-brands can be split into separate workspaces so reports stay clean.

Questions (07)

Common questions

Do you use Yelp and the big names?+
Where the country allows self-registration, yes. Some platforms only accept an owner claim, and in that case we prepare the listing and hand you the step you have to confirm yourself.
What if my address changes?+
Send the new details and we update the listings we opened for you, at no cost inside the first year.
Can I order without a physical address?+
Yes. Service-area and online-only businesses get directories that accept a city instead of a street.
How long until listings are live?+
Most appear within a week. Ones that need postal or phone verification can take two to three.
